Looks Like Time’s Running Out!

We’ve been writing about it, we’ve been reading about it. Perhaps the Vikings have it right this time. On the 22nd February, at the end of the feast of Jolablot, Odin will be killed by Fenrir the wolf, and the land will sink into the sea – among other things. This will be Ragnarok, the end of days, the Apocalypse. And Brad Pitt will be nowhere to be found.

heimdall-hornI suppose you could argue that coincidence of occurrences are normal and will happen as predicted eventually, given enough time but here’s some food for thought:
Three freezing winters in a row with barely a summer between – yes this has happened in Europe
All morality would disappear – seeing plenty of examples of this too J
Fighting would break out all over the world – hmm…

There is an upside apparently. All this, once our world has slid into the sea, will pave way for a utopian world to follow where there will be endless supplies – of what I’m not sure.

RagnarokThe article that inspired this post aligns the prophesy with other naturally occurring events in recent times, but my biggest disappointment is the lack of mention of zombies. If we slip into the sea quietly or noisily, then all our Preppers, our discussions and survival ideas will be for nought.

Remember, you heard it here – 22nd February 2014. Put it in your diary, but my guess is you’ll notice it if it’s correct!
